Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Casamesto (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).

1 Conditions for Cancelling an Order
Users may request cancellation in the following situations:

  1. The order has been placed but has not yet entered processing or dispatch;

  2. The order contains duplicated or incorrect items submitted unintentionally;

  3. The user no longer wishes to proceed with the purchase, provided the request is made before the shipment stage begins.

Once the order has been dispatched or is actively in transit, cancellation may no longer be available. Under these circumstances, users may refer to the return and exchange options after receiving the parcel.

2 Order Cancellation Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service team by email or phone to submit a cancellation request and provide your order number, proof of payment, and related details;

  2. We will assess your request promptly. If approved, we will notify you as soon as possible and proceed to submit the cancellation and refund process to your original payment method.

3 Refund Processing
After cancellation has been approved, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used for the original transaction (including bank cards, Visa, MasterCard, and other accepted methods).
