Shipping Policy
These Shipping Terms apply to goods fulfilled and delivered by Casamesto (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) through our online store.
1. Shipping Range
Shipping is currently available throughout Australia.
Orders outside Australia are not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees

Orders totaling 100 AUD or above qualify for free shipping.

Orders below 100 AUD will incur a flat fee of 8.99 AUD.
3. Taxes
All listed prices already include applicable taxes. No additional tax will be charged at checkout.
4. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders confirmed and paid before 18:00 are processed starting the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed beginning the next business day.
If placed on a non-business day, processing starts on the next business day.
5. Processing Time
Order processing requires 1–3 business days. A notification will be issued once the order has been dispatched.
6. Shipping Timeframe
Estimated transit time after dispatch is 6–10 business days.
Actual timing may vary due to location, weather conditions, or carrier workload.

8. Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will provide a tracking number and instructions.
Tracking updates can be viewed on the selected carrier’s platform.
9. Disclaimer
Responsibility for transportation transfers to the carrier once the parcel is handed over.
We will take reasonable measures to support a smooth delivery experience.
If delays or damage occur due to factors outside reasonable control, liability will not be assumed.
If a shipment arrives with incorrect quantity, incorrect item, or visibly damaged packaging, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
10. Receipt Guidance
We recommend inspecting the outer packaging at the time of receipt.
If visible damage is identified, you may refuse the parcel or contact us immediately with details for further support.
