Refund Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to goods purchased from Casamesto (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) through our online store.

1. Return & Exchange Valid Period
Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 45 days from the date of receipt.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange under any of the following circumstances:

1. Visible defects or damage to the product appearance;

2. Quality issues affecting normal use;

3. Noticeable odor, severe color deviation, or other significant irregularities;

4. Item received does not match the description or ordered product;

5. Returns and exchanges without stated reason within the policy terms.

3. Return & Exchange Procedure

1. Contact us by email or phone to request a return or exchange and provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for the request, and any supporting photos or videos;

2. We will review your request as soon as possible. If approved, we will notify you using your provided contact details and share the return address:

3. Send the product back to the designated return address and retain shipping proof while waiting for it to arrive;

4. Once the item is received, we will inspect its condition;

5. If inspection confirms the issue, we will proceed according to your request:

   • For returns: Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days back to the original payment method

   • For exchanges: Replacement items are shipped within 1–3 business days

4. Shipping Cost Rules

1. If the return or exchange is due to defects, discrepancies, odor, severe color deviation, or incorrect goods, we will cover the shipping costs;

2. For returns or exchanges without reason, all related shipping costs are borne by you.

5. Responsibility Statement
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with every return or exchange request in line with this policy.
In cases of delays or damage caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, we will support coordination efforts but cannot assume liability beyond that scope.

A return label is included inside every parcel to facilitate easy returns.
